FFL Transfers

Buying a firearm online can be confusing, so we try to make it as simple as possible.  We can facilitate FFL Transfers for any CA legal rifle, shotgun, or handgun. 

Transfer Fees:

• $75 for Any Long Gun

• $50 for Handguns or Receivers

• $15 for any additional firearm

• $30 for Any Long Gun

• $37.19 CA DROS (background check) Fee

Law Enforcement Transfer Fees:

• $50 LEO Rifle

• $30 LEO Handguns/Receivers

Simply purchase the firearm of your choice from your preferred retailer and select Crosshairs Gun Store from their list of approved firearms dealers.  If they don’t have us listed, send us an email with your name, order number, merchandise to be received by us, and the contact information for your retailer; we’ll process the paperwork to get your firearm shipped to our store. Once your firearm arrives, we’ll give you a call, so you know to come in and begin your background check. 

Ammunition Transfers

Buying ammunition online is similar to buying firearms, though with fewer steps. First you’ll need to find a seller that is willing to ship to a CA gun store for you, then you’ll proceed with your order, but indicate your name and phone number with our street address, as your shipping address during checkout.

Ammunition Transfer Fees:

• $10 per 1000 rounds.

• $1 CA Ammo DROS (background check) Fee

*All ammunition shipments with a quantity less than 1000 rounds will be subject to the $10 transfer fee*

When your ammunition arrives, we’ll call or email you to come in and complete the background check/transfer.
